Grace Lee Whitney, who played Captain Kirk's assistant on the original Star Trek series, has died. She was 85.

Grace is being noted as being Kirk's assistant only. She actually had quite a portfolio. She did tons of TV work from 1947 all the way to the the late 90s. RIP...
