Real curious about the timeline...will it be between EPIV and EpVI or afterwards.

Luke did create Rogue Squadron with Wedge Antilles, so will young actors be casted as Luke and Wedge?

You are speaking about the old canon. In the new canon Luke and Wedge have not created Rogue Squadron.
