Stargate SG-1 post not appearing in Recent Threads list

I made a post at 8:07 tonight in http://www.satelliteguys.us/threads/74612-Stargate-SG-1-Discussion/page158?highlight=SG-1 but I noticed it never appeared in Recent Threads on the home page. Is this by design or in error?

I have seen this happen with a few sections of the forum (new post made yet doesnt show on the main list of last 10 posts)

maybe a limitation of the software??
