Strange box at door today.

Came home for lunch and found a dish network box by my front door. Hmm. Went to pick it up and it weighed nothing. So I open it up and there is some foam packing a UPS label and a note saying I need to return my old LNBF . Thought that was strange, since the installer took everything with him when I upgraded to HD.
I called dish and spoke with somebody in the US ( think it was his second day on the job, lot of "umm" "ok" "sorry your having trouble with your equipment"??) He put comments in my account and told me not to do anything. I should be ok right?

Has this happen to anybody else before?

I took advantage of the "Dishin it up", I was going to trade in my 301 and 510.

I got 2 empty boxes... both of which instructed me to remove my lnbf's.... and apologized for the trouble with my equipment. No way in hell am I sending back my LNBF's

However my receiver didn't come in... then I got an email apologizing for the delay... and now my receiver won't come until Tuesday.

I don't get it, Dish did the install, if they want them back shouldn't they come and get them? Mine are 2 stories up on the roof, I can't reach them.
