I bought a 6000 receiver in ebay with a blue smart card. What do I need to do to subscribe to Dish Network and receive the new yellow card to watch HDTV. just call them and they'll send one down????

Call them 800-333-3474, more than likely they will require a 1Yr. subscription to HD pak and some fee for the card.
