Woohoo. After what seemed like a lifetime of a struggle (especially since the Wife breathes down my neck) to finally get the motor to work, I got my motor/dish perfectly aligned to get all the sats. I want to thank all the nice folks here who helped me to get this working and give me the nerve to actually do this myself (especially PSB).
Maybe this might help someone else who will be installing in the near future, but the reason I was having an issue with the installation was because I had the elevation/Latitude mast bolt on the wrong way
It does not clarify which side to put the elevation and which side latitude. After switching it, it literally only took 10 minutes and all the numbers started to make sense. I will put up pictures after our storm passes by. But again, thanks to all.
