Super Bowl Flickering

Is the Super Bowl telecaat flickering for anyone else? It is flickering black every 10 secs for me, multiple TVs, and even did a hard reset but same result so maybe it is Dish?

I am watching the Super Bowl telecast OTA and there is no flickering.

No flickering for me on local sat channel WA St Louis area.

No flickering via the Dish feed. Some erratic pixelization once in a great while.

Watching at a friends house, they have Direct tv, froze a few times for a few seconds.
