Super buddy error

Good day,
I am in the Virgin Islands.
Since the deployment of new
Orbital 110,

I have an error on super Buddy meter.

Using DPH1000.2 western arc LNB.

Sat 119 LNB selection tracks and peaks new 110.
Switching over to 110
Shows a low no connect.

I've seen this at 3 locations this week.

Meter fix?
Software update?

There is probably a software update. I did NA Guide 2.13 today on mine.
Are you doing a Sat ID and Scan on the one you do get signal for?
