The Super Joey finally got an update last night! Those of you that reported your SJ wasn't updating to the new UI should now have it!

Yep I got it. Mine was running the new UI U352.

SJ seems to be running a lot smoother on U353. Netflix still freezes the box and causes a reboot.

This is a known issue and we are advising customers to check back on February 11th for this issue to be resolved.

I just thought to check after the U353 update and the mini guide is still blank.

If you leave it up for a bit does it load? That's how I got mine to work

I was leaving it on and it just shut off by itself still blank. Worked for a while this AM but now it's blank again.

Mine loaded and has worked fine ever since. Must be an issue with hardware versions.

Good I will check tonight when I get home from work. My Super Joey was still on old GUI had not updated. Could not do a search on it. Channels and guide worked fine and it only showed three tuners instead of five. If it has not updated then I will try and force an update.

The available software version doesn't show u353 and I can't force an update.

Give it a day or so to download. You know how these updates work. They take time to roll out.

HWS finally shows U353 as available but super Joey has not updated as of yet

Reboot the SJ and let it sit in standby and it should update.

I just thought about that never realized about leaving it in standby mode and that is when it will update
