I received an email from DISh the 2700/2800/3700 family will be Superdish compatible. the 7100/7200 family will not. They declined to comment on other legacy receivers.

I think they should give those Dishplayer customers a special promotion other than the other ones provided because of its incompaibilities with the SuperDish.
