Good for the Supreme Court...however, how can this be a 5-4 decision? The ban is either unconstitutional or it's not. There are no shades of gray in applying the constitution when interpreting the legality of this ban. If nothing else, we need our weapons to protect ourselves against the ilk (four dissenting judges) who would insist on taking them from us.
