Suscribing to Sky TV Satellite Service from Mexico

I would like to know if I can use my Pansat HD receiver to obtained signal from Sky TV from Mexico once I do a subscription to this service, anyone???? Please advice me???

Using any FTA receiver like your Pansat. So the answer is no.
