Does the Videopath sw44 103368 switch have to be mounted upwards "with this side up"? In my installation this would be tricky since my LNB input cables are on the left. Also I have two separate dual lnbs(4cables) pointing at 2 satellites, is there another switch for more than 4 Receiver outputs , or is cascading the only option. Dishnetwork Receivers

I'm not quite following what you're talking about here - you kindof rambled around, and it looks like you cut yourself off at the end.
I'm going to assume we're talking about a pair of Dual Legacy LNBFs on a Dish 500.
So far as I know, there aren't any switches with more than 4 outputs. Also, I don't know of any Legacy switches that are cascadable, although there is a way to split the LNBF feeds to drive 2 switches. It's complicated, though.
If you tell us more about what you've got and where you want to go, we can start making suggestions for you.
