swapping recievers and or cards

If my parents and I both have Direct, and they get the NFL ticket, could I just use one of their cards in my reciever to also get the ticket.....

Or maybe the whole reciever???

You would have to bring a receiver back and forth. The card marries to the receiver upon activation, and will not work in any other receiver (you'll get an error: Insert the correct Access Card. Ext 764)

Just a friendly reminder. While I really dont care what you do just note that it considered theft of service if you took one of there boxes back to your place. Now again I dont really care but that is dtv view on it and just wanted to drop that little message in there.
