Switch hiccup?

I turned on my 622 earlier and tuned to my local cbs spotbeam. It gave me the popup that the signal was lost (tp 4 on 110)

I changed to usa(119) then back and it still said the same thing, then it came up saying that I had a switch problem. I ran check switch and everything came out ok, now its working fine.

First time its happened, just a hiccup or could something be failing?
