I'm trying to figure out what switches will work with a Dish 1000 plus dish and a ViP622 dual tuner receiver. I've just got the one receiver so I really don't need a multi-output switch.

I don't really need the 118 satellite, just 110, 119 and 129.

The DPP44 is expensive but does support dual tuners via a single coax.

The DP34 is not as expensive but I'd need to run a second coax.

I'm looking at the new DPP33 as a possible solution.

Then I stumbled across DISEqC 2.0 4x1 switches for LOTS LESS. I'm wondering if these will work. The switch would need to support the DishPro Plus band stacking.

You don't need a switch at all. Just run two coax lines from the dish to the two receiver inputs, or run just one coax line from the dish to a Dish Network separtor, and then from the separator to the two receiver inputs.

You could use a DP34 switch and run 2 cables to the 622, leaving the 118.7 cable unconnected.
