I am making the switch next week. TWC WNY made me a offer I can't refuse, plus they now have 63 HD channels and I will finally get my abc (Channel 7 Buffalo), the YES Network, MLB Network, and MSG all in HD, (Buffalo Sabres Games next year).
I will be getting a very similiar package of channels I had with dish, (only better in my case, because of the mix of HD offerings I didn't get); with a hd-dvr and another hd receiver, along with my roadrunner (which I was paying $52 a month for alone), for $100 a month for the first year and $110 the second year. Price guaranteed and no contract. Ya, it might not be vip receivers, however it will be saving me $35 a month plus getting channels I know Charlie will never add. The best thing, if it don't work out, I can always make the switch over to Directv in the fall, which I would have had to do anyways inorder to get the hd versions of the MSG Channels.
