Tech Pay

Hey, everyone.

I haven't seen any other posts about pay on here, but I am currently a DNS tech looking to go to the retail installation or contract side of dish, and I am wondering about pay and expenses. I live on the western slope of colorado in the Rifle, Glenwood Springs area. Who are the retailers out here, what are the rates of pay, and what kind of expenses will I incur on a daily basis? Also, is this a good idea? Pros and Cons. Any input appreciated. Thanks guys.
