I was wondering if anyone has heard anything that is to be covered tonight? I didn't see a posting about it so hopefully I'm not duplicating anything. I know I want to have them cover subchannel guide data loss and external hard drives.

I sure hope everyone calls in and Emails them about this missing Over the Air Guide data that was removed (the channel 14,000 range).

It sure is hard to DVR let alone watch things with out guide data.

Lost MYTV, Independent, PBS HD.

Maybe if enough email in, and ask, they will answer the question.
Better yet, maybe they will fix it soon.

I lost Baltimore EPG info, but for some reason Wash DC has remained. I guess it might be a quantity bug. (ie there are only 16 bits used to represent channels and they exceeded 16k channels). Or something along those lines.

I'm sure they will have it fixed eventually.

I'm guessing somebody's receiver somewhere choked on the guide download (indeed, too many channels, probably somebody with a 5-SAT config) so they decided to roll it back for a while till all the boxes get updated software.
