Text Size

My text size is stuck on Large. I go in to change it to normal and it won't change. It says Large Text is off but it isn't. My son even tried and it wouldn't change for him either . Can anyone help me out with this. Large text is a pain in the ass. Thanks...

Select your user name top right corner. Under preferences select font size. Medium is recommended.
If your problem is with the Hopper select, menu, settings, guide and larger text off.
