TFC_METV and TFC EUTV?

Does anyone know what these channels are on galaxy 19 transponder 12022 the metv one had color bars on it for a little while but no video and audio. EU tv had nothing on it has anyone else noticed it?

A scan her gets pretty much the same as what's listed on Lyngsat. TFC ME*[vpid4367] just blank screen, TFC-CA WEST*[vpid4399] I do see programming at this time. Sounds. and looks, Asian. (*scanned in as)
