I found this site that ranks cities for championships (football, baseball, basketball, hockey). They use a formula using number of championships, how long a franchise has been around and how many teams were in the league when a team won a championship (you get more points for winning a championship NOW then you did 40 years ago when there was less teams)............very interesting:

OR Brooklyn....if I am not mistaken they have not had a professional franchise in ANY league in close to 50 years...if not MORE....!

Wow....Miami in the Top Five.....

HA!! To all those DOLPHINS fan!!!! For all this crap about Miami 'being a football town'...it has been their much disliked baseball team and their basketball team that have supplied the most recent championships.

...AND the ONLY football championships that cam about was from The U....
