... the parent of the DISH satellite TV network Wednesday said chief financial officer Michael McDonnell has resigned effective Aug. 13. McDonnell intends for personal reasons to relocate and take a position nearer to family on the East Coast the company said. The Englewood Colo. company's satellite TV service has more than 8 million customers.
