Thinking of Upgrading

Hi I curently have 301 and 311 receivers, I've been a dish customer for close to 10 years. What upgrades can I get? How much will this increase my bill? I dont have any HD tv's as of yet but I'm thinking of getting one here soon. I guess from the post I have been reading on here I;m behind times with my receivers and upgrades, but I'm out of the loop any way. lol.

If you upgrade from those two receivers to a dual tuner receiver you will save yourself $7 a month. If you upgrade to a dual tuner DVR receiver you will save $1 per month.
