Dish is not such a bargain without AEP... $7 HD DVR + DVR FEE $5.99 or $12.99 per HD DVR. They may not be as high as cable, but they are close. And with cable you did not have to pay the $100 upgrade fee or pay for a warrantee on that box... I would say they work out to very close to the same price.
Mike thats the only reason why I have AEP, as I have 6 DVRs.
Dish needs to adopt the DirecTV DVR model and have only 1 DVR charge for all DVR's on your account.
