I signed up for preferred package yesterday, along with 2 DTA.
On many channels I do not get the guide, says the above Title.
Does this take 24 hrs, to update the channel guide. I there
something I can do here, without having to call customer service.
Any Comcast techs here that can answer, will be appreciated.
 
Box needed to be turned off/"standby" mode at some random time between 12:30am and 2:30am.

Otherwise it only got a trickle feed that took 3+ hours for only 4 hours of guide data
