From there it is hard for me to choose the order. There were a lot of good movies, some for their uniqueness than their box office success. The list would include in box office order, but not my preference order: The advengers, The Hobbit, Looper, Chronicle, Moonrise Kingdom, The Cabin in the Woods, Silver Linings Playbook

Pretty boring run of the mill year imo.Granted I haven't seen some of the later releases such as Lincoln and the Hobbit.No particular order..

Real surprised how bad John Carter did, I enjoyed the movie and it seems to be on a few peoples top 5 list.
I looked through the list and was surprised as to how few really good movies have been out this year. A lot of decent ones, but not a very good year overall.
