TP27 on 61.5 issues

On my qam table I have transponder 27 on the 61.5 satellite and it constantly goes out searching for satellite or aquireing satelite throughout the day and I cannot get a reply as to the fix from Dish Network personnel. Can anyone outthere help or have an answer as to what to do to resolve this situation
