Transferring Timers using a 54.x remote

I'm swapping hoppers and working on transferring data from old to new one.
I'm following the instructions but the timers transfer via the remote won't work for me.
I noticed it says "timer transfer can only be completed using a 20.x or 21.x remote."

My remote is the 54.3 voice remote.
I assume that's why I can't get it to work.
Am I out of luck or is there some other method.

You're using the wrong one, Go into Tech Tools and click on Restore Settings
