I'm a new customer and when I tried to redeem the $23 credit that was advertised, I was told that I'm only eligible for $18 per month. Happily I have an e-mail that indicates that I am to get $23. They have processed the $18 and escalated the missing $5 to a higher level. Hopefully they will work this out.
Other issues:
- All the channels that I requested during the Web sign up weren't on my account when it was activated. I had to call and have this fixed.
- The installer didn't put a ground wire on the dish. They are going to have to come back to complete the installation correctly.
