I think he's saying that TruTV swiched from Stretch-o-vision upconverts of HD programs to pillar boxing. This is great news. Now to get History and A&E to do the same thing!

Yes exactly, kill the stretch o vision! For me to unstretch it on my TV I have to use RCA Jacks and use the "squeeze" feature on my TV. My TV won't "squeeze" anything via component or HDMI.

I even think it looks better in the evenings too. Still can't say it's 100% HD but doesn't look like someone stretched it anymore. Maybe they'll start showing stuff in tru HD!!

Still stretched here. Cops is on right now in craptastic stretch.

Yeah the older shows look horrible but the new shows seem to look better but I wouldn't call the HD. Maybe they're waiting for more Cable providers and Directv (not sure if they carry it) before they go to the expense of making it True HD.
