Try to keep me as customer???

Been late more than I would like:(

Called and attacked on 522 unstable software, new forced VOD screen, and a variety of other more minor issues. look I have upgraded REPEATEDLY on my dime to get rid of software glitches then they muck up my box:( customer for about 10 years I demanded no DVR fee for a year on 3 522s.

They agreed....... cheaper than losing me as a sub.
 
From my experience with customers and that is in the thousands - cable, direct and dish do not show or offer any customer loyalty. So if u threaten to leave they simply let u go.
