Trying to get past the order screen

I build my order online and go to set up an installation but for some reason it won’t let me pick an installation time and date ? Is dish not installing at the moment ? I was trying to see what my monthly bill will be before I decided to make the switch but it won’t let me Don’t that without selecting an installation time.
