Trying to install VIP722 Error 503 wont go away

I am installing a 722 and it is stuck on the screen Attention 503 Tv2 is performing a switch installation test. It has been there for several hours and doesn't change. I unplugged and reset the receiver but it goes right back to that error message. Any suggestions?

Hit cancel a few times on the tv2 remote, you have it set in dual mode.
