Trying to pick up 119 west

Hello ppl i just mounted a 1000+ on the west coast here according to the instructions i should be aiming for 119 on the 2d input of the lnb , i had all day yesterday to find 119 but i keep hitting only 110 instead, i tried to get 110 on the 110 lnb got that without any issues but still wouldnt get 119 on 2d even after i rotated the skew around a bit . Now my first question is should 119 and 110 be on the same elevation in other words if i get 110 i should just move it a bit to the west to 119 and secondly could some tree branches that are a good 15 feet hinder in the reception or does 110 always over power 119 i havent used a switch yet hooking it up directly and already checked the mounting seems to be aligned properly with a bubble level. Hello hifi i tried doing that still no luck it either gives me 110 or nothing

Disconnect the coax to the receiver, run check switch to clear the matrix. When done, reconnect the coax, cover the outside lnb's with aluminum foil leaving the center one clear, then try finding 119 again.
