Anyone have this problem? My TV 1 that is hooked up to the receiver will not get the local channels. It says that the signal is lost, yet at the same time, TV 2, will get the local station. TV 1 shows the name and info of the channel, but it tries to acquire the satelite signal and fails. Customer support wants to charge me to have someone take a look at it... We checked all the wires and tightened them...any ideas?
