TV in remote room

Looking for ideas - we would like to install a tv in a remote room that will be extremely difficult to run cables to. We have a Satellite receiver on the first floor that is 20 feet offset from where we want to install the tv on the second floor. Any products that work well that we could use for wireless transmission of a signal from the Satellite receiver?

We have a DISH 622 and a DISH 721.

The Leapfrog adds IR remote forwarding to the mix which you wouldn't need with either receiver.

X10 offers a wireless video transmitter system for $49.95 that might work if you don't have too many signal obstructions.
