I would appreciate your opinion. I am a TV DX’r and have a site hosted on rabbitears. Mt.Bethel.

I have particular interest in TV19 500-506 MHZ. Also the local public safety T band. Tropo rolls
and many TV 19’s roll in and over the high PS noise floor no problem. I understand all of that.

With the band open I can see up to (5) TV19 pilot carriers all shifted a few hz from each other.

What gets me is with no band opening I can see a faint single pilot 24/7. My line of sight is good
NE-SW. I am terrain blocked to the North. Also terrain builds through N Jersey, Ramapo’s and Catskills.

Closest TV19 WYPX is Amsterdam at 140 miles. Is Amsterdam the pilot (500.310) I am likely seeing every day? WTUF Worcester is 210 miles but more line of sight. Which station do you think most likely?
