Found it on TVtechnology.com website saying there a prototype ATSC 3.0 phones out there testing!

Should be interesting to see how it's goes.

I can just see it now, the $2,000 cell phone with 5G and ATSC 3.0.

The article in TV Technology states that the phone with ATSC 3.0 should sell for $300. If made in very high quantities the cost could get down to $200.
