What exactly is being output on the TV1 Coax Output on the MT2 OTA Tuner module? Is this a QAM/ATSC signal that would allow another TV to receive HD signals using coax, or is it an NTSC signal?

It's NTSC, Channel 3/4 only. I'm not sure why they thought they needed to double up on this, as there is also an agile modulator for TV1 built-in to the 722k. You MAY get a better signal with channel 3 or 4 than you get with a UHF channel, especially if your wiring is old RG59, like some of mine is.
