TVGOS and translator or relay towers

I'm up here in the Mountain Valley of Kamas, Utah. I think I found the best tower to direct my antenna toward. It sits on top of Lewis Peak. I'm still not 100% sure how the whole tower thing goes. In think Farnsworth Peak in Utah is the high power broadcast tower. I'm guessing Lewis Peak is low power? I'm not sure if it is considered a translator tower or repeater? I own a Dish Network DTVPal DVR which includes the on screen guide. Does anyone here know for sure how the TVGOS is broadcast and is it passed through translator/repeater towers?
