TVGOS gone

Hey all, In the BR,LA area using cox wired to a Panasonic dmr-eh50 dvr. The Tvgos worked properly for about a year and the configuration (except for adding an additional dvd player 4 months ago) has remained untouched for the duration. The listing grids are populated with "No Listing" for each channel. Talking with tier 1 techs at cox and it (as I figured) seems that I am the only one in the greater metro with this issue. They have stated that if I rent their device I will not experience this issue. I have had it configured in two different arrays. 1. Split feed at the wall. Line 1 to stb and line 2 to dvr 2. Feed direct to dvr (IN) and out of dvr to the stb. Can they filter out this data stream?....Anyone here have the same issue? Can any one help a brother out? Ps..I attached an ota to the dvr and received a somewhat populated listing for local channels and have also rebooted the TVGOS twice. Thanks

Problem solved. Faulty equipment on their end.
