Tweeking the dish?

Both of my receivers (811/622) have not been able to get a signal for any Voom channels and a few others on the 61.5 dish (I have 2 dishes on the roof). It was OK and has got progressively worse to the point now the signal strength is so low it cant lock on. I think the bolts on the dish are loose. My question is does it matter which transponder I use to peak the signal?

Thanks for the quick reply dfergie. I thought I read that T29 somewhere. I just could'nt remember. The installer (if you can call him that) said it did'nt matter when he did the job last year.

NP.... I think that is the home transponder

Start out w/ tp 29 then once you get a signal find out which is the lowest strength tp. Then peak it to the highest strength.

Yeah, on 129 one of my lowest signals are on 7 the one my Locals are on...
