Two 811's allowed on DHA; any upgrade fee?

The new DHA starting today allows two 811's. Is there an "upgrade fee?" I know on the "Free Dish" you have a choice of an 811 or a 510 for free but to get both you have to pay a $99 upgrade fee.

Nope, but good luck getting an 811 since they are hard to find
