two annoying "Post Thread" behaviors

The first one has been going on for quite some time: even if I'm in a forum or subforum when clicking the Post Thread button, it asks me what forum I want to post in. Wouldn't it make more sense to assume I wanted to post in the forum I'm reading?

The second one just happened tonight, and *didn't* repeat when I posted this thread, so I'm not sure what triggered it. When typing the title of the new thread, the list of similar threads came up as usual, but this time, a bunch of text balloons with terms from the similar threads started popping up, completely obscuring the title entry field! Has anyone else seen this? (If any staff want to test it, it was in the WUT.)

The one on the right column is one from Xenforo which is default, that one always asks you which forum. I wish I would just post in the foru you are in, but it does not do that. I can turn that box off but then we get a lot of support emails from people saying they don't know how to post new topics... so I turned it back on again.

The second issue sounded like an issue with your browser processing the CSS. Or the CDN which delivers our CSS files to you was having an issue (which is more likely what happened.) :)
