I wanted to see some pissed off customer chewing out an installer or some nasty flippin house where he has to install hd!!!
You would have thought that they would give him some training ahead of time so he had at least an idea of what was going on.
I just don't think he got the opportunity to grasp the full effect of a technicians job.

They have destroyed this show. Now, everyone has a life altering story. It's horrible.
The reason it did well in the first season was that it had some realness to it. Like that jackass at hooters who had the girls doing tricks to get off early.
Now, it's CEO, life altering story, give away money, previews, repeat.

As he was installing the Direct TV antenna on the roof there was a Dish antenna behind it. Any bets that this was done on purpose.
But they didn't show them taking it down, maybe a 2 provider family...
