I just got a replacement hopper how do I unlink my joey from the old hopper and link it to the new one

From the Joey

Menu-Settings-Network Setup-Whole Home

Choose the other Hopper and press Select and the green check mark should move to the new Hopper.

I have a problem where the joey2 keeps linking to the old hopper3 that is not even hooked up anymore. is there any way you can delete the old hopper from the list?
