up to date hd channel list

I'm considering switching to the DishHD only package. Is there somewhere that has an up to date channel list? Dish's website doesn't show USA or Sci'fi and who knows what else.

Spike and Bravo are NBC stations which speculation has are on hold due to contract issues with price due to Olympics this Summer.

Fx is a fox station, which is suing Echostar, so the speculation is that it won't be added in the near future either.

Spike is owned by Viacom, not NBC. Viacom also has other channels like MTV and VH1.
