I just received U236 update on my HWS and do not see any changes to the problems that I was having. Does anyone see any changes at all?

No changes here, had THREE reboots this AM while recording (1) hour-long show...all the while I was trying to do a simple live tuner swap via the SWAP button...

I got 236 on the morning of the 2nd and I didn't even realize it was there. So I haven't seen anything change and now that I know I don't see any changes. I still am having problems with the same old stuff.

No improvements! I hate this and Dish is no help. Long delays between pushing buttons and the guide often times won't scroll. I called and they tried to tell me it was a problem with my remote. Well both the dish remote and my Harmony yield the same result. And I don't think the remote would lock up the guide from scrolling up and down (but goes just fine to the right to change times). Was offered an "upgrade" to a Hopper 2 for $50 - uh no! I had a perfectly working system before the software update, I shouldn't have to pay more money for my system to work!

Send an email to executivecustomerservice@dish.com

That’s how I got a free H2 upgrade. Just threaten to cancel service with them. That email goes to Executive Escalations.

For me the H2 works as expected. Doesn’t have any lag compared to the joey 2. Of course the H3 and super joey are faster yet because they have better hardware. I haven’t had any problems with the H2 on the latest software release.
