I signed up with Dish through ATT in early July. I got a 622 and a 625. I tried for two 622s but could not get one. Would I be too early into my service to upgrade the 625 to a 622 or 722? Thank you.

You will have to ask at&t. DISH allows 1 upgrade every 12 months so for them you are about 11 mo. early.
